Tanya Langhorne is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience in driving organisational transformation and delivering impactful outcomes in complex, high-pressure environments. As a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), Tanya brings a strong foundation in governance, strategic implementation and planning, and operational excellence. She is currently the Executive Manager of Analytics at the Queensland Fire Department, Where she leads strategic initiatives to foster a data-driven culture, aligning analytics with strategic innovation, operational excellence and risk management.
Tanya is passionate about fostering collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, and has a proven track record of aligning people, processes, and strategies to achieve organisational goals. Her expertise in strategy, data and analytics, risk management, and enterprise change has been instrumental in enhancing resilience and capability across various sectors, including public safety, finance, and education.
As a dedicated advocate for community engagement, Tanya has served on the Youth Housing Project Management Board since 2025, contributing her strategic insights and leadership to support the organisation’s mission of providing safe and sustainable housing solutions for young people in need.
