I am passionate about Youth Homelessness and working with young people. I work in the not for profit sector and work hard to ensure that the sector remains solid in a time of many changes. I am a very active member amongst the youth homelessness sector.

As the CEO of the Youth Housing Project (YHP), I am primarily responsible for ensuring Youth Housing Project maintains a high standard of service accountability and administrative integrity and that obligations to young people, staff, management committee, government and other relevant service providers are met.

Jessica is the Manager of Youth Housing Project Inc, she brings 11 years of experience from support practitioner to senior support practitioner and is now in her current role as Manager. Jessica joined Youth Housing Project in 2015 and has demonstrated a deep care and commitment to social justice, housing equity and the wellbeing of vulnerable youth in our community.

Jessica’s qualifications include a diploma in Counselling, a Bachelor in Counselling and a Graduate Certificate in Domestic Violence Responses giving her a broad range of knowledge paired with her experience in frontline support work and leadership.

Jessica is passionate about her team delivering high quality, client centered services which make a meaningful and lasting impact on the young people who enter our doors.
