YHP is looking for people like you to sponsor a homeless young person by providing funds to rent one private rental unit under a head lease arrangement. YHP would be able to place an individual or parenting young people in this unit.
The return on your kind donation would be putting a roof over the head of a homeless young person and offering them the chance to:
- Return to, or maintain, education
- Train or become an Apprentice
- Gain employment
- Address health and emotional issues
- Transition to long term housing
- Plan for the future
- Save and purchase household goods
- Reconnect with family members
- Contribute to the community
